About

Every house keeps a record.

Year built, size, what heats it, what was replaced and when. Most of it is public or printed on a label in the basement, and almost none of it is in one place. Housemap puts it on one page.

What Housemap does

Type a US street address. Housemap reads the public property record where the state publishes one, lays out what the house likely needs this season in its own climate, reads your equipment labels for age and recalls, and keeps a logbook of what was done. See How it works.

Who makes it

Housemap is made by Handy Circle, Inc., a home services company in Boston. It is in beta and free to use. In Massachusetts the Get it done buttons book a local pro through Handy Circle, which is how Handy Circle earns, and why prices and booking show only in Massachusetts today.

What it keeps

Nothing about your house is saved until you choose to save it. Housemap does not show or save owner names, and photos of labels are not stored. The Privacy Policy lists every field.

It is a beta

Results are estimates from public records and AI and can be wrong. If something is off for your house, tell us at hello@handy-circle.com.
